Get ready with us for the 16th Telekom Night Run Bratislava!
You can register through this link. Note: You only need to register once, it is not necessary to register for each training session separately. Registration is important for us to keep track of the approximate number of participants and to contact you in case of important changes regarding the training sessions.
We kicked off the series of 10 preparatory training sessions on Tuesday, July 2nd at Štrkovec. We will be meeting on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (except for the special training session, which will be on Thursday, August 15th).
The training sessions will be diverse – you can expect intervals, hill runs, coordination, strength, and stability training, etc. Each training will include a warm-up under the supervision of trainers, and you will also learn the running ABCs. 
We will specify the meeting place the day before each training session on our social media channels or in the Facebook event “Telekom Night Run Bratislava – Grand Prix 2024 3/3” where we will share various interesting information, including updates about the training sessions and ongoing competitions with the event’s main partner, Slovak Telekom!
Two of the training sessions will be combined with plogging, meaning we will collect litter in selected locations during the training. This way, we will contribute to a cleaner Bratislava and help the environment.
At each training session, we will be giving away vouchers worth 20 euros for the purchase of sports equipment. Those who attend at least 8 out of the 10 training sessions will have a chance to win a Samsung watch! And that’s not all! Everyone who participates in both “plogging” training sessions will receive a gift from Slovak Telekom.
